By accessing, browsing, or making a purchase on bmc.cr (the "Site"), operated by BMC Lab S.A. (placeholder) ("BMC", "we", "us"), you ("Customer" or "User") agree to these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Return Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, images, prices, and availability accurate. However, we may correct errors and change prices, presentations, or availability at any time without prior notice. BMC products are dietary supplements; they are not medicines and do not replace a balanced diet or the professional judgment of a physician or nutritionist.

All prices and charges are in USD. IVA (13%) applies only when the destination is Costa Rica. International orders have no checkout IVA; duties and import taxes, if any, are the recipient’s responsibility (DDU).

ONVO processes payments and card tokenization. BMC does not store complete card numbers or CVV.

Submitting an order constitutes a purchase offer. Acceptance is confirmed when you receive the order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, lack of stock, or breach of these Terms, refunding any amounts charged.

Shipping times and costs are shown at checkout and on the Shipping page. Dates are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond BMC's control (carriers, weather, customs).

Plans bill every 4 weeks (28 days), at the fixed plan price without an additional 15% discount. Cancel anytime from your account before the next charge date. Ordinary combos and compounds retain their subscription terms.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity in your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at info@bmc.cr.

All Site content (BMC brand, logos, text, images, formulas, designs) is owned by BMC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, or rights-infringing activity.

By posting reviews, photos, or comments, you grant BMC a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use that content for commercial and promotional purposes, while retaining ownership.

Supplements may not be suitable for everyone. Consult your physician before starting any supplementation, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BMC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or products. BMC's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms at any time. The current version is the one published on this page, together with its update date.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of San José, Costa Rica, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
