Return Policy

You have fourteen (14) calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return of unopened products in their original packaging.

International returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery; return shipping is at your cost unless defective.

Eligible products must be sealed, unopened, and in resaleable condition. For hygiene and safety reasons we do not accept returns of opened containers, broken seals, tampered products, or digital gift cards, except for manufacturing defects or shipping errors.

Email info@bmc.cr with your order number, the products to return, and the reason. We will share the next steps and return address. All returns require prior authorization.

If the return is due to a defect, shipping damage, or our error, BMC covers the return shipping and the reshipment of the correct product. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are at the Customer's expense.

If you receive a damaged item or one that does not match your order, contact us within 72 hours of delivery, attaching photos of the product and packaging. We will offer a free replacement or full refund.

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will confirm approval. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on the issuing institution. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a BMC error.

We accept exchanges for another product, flavor, or size of equal or greater value (paying the difference). If the desired product is unavailable, we offer a refund or store credit.

Subscriptions can be paused or cancelled at any time from your account before the next billing date. Shipments already processed are subject to this same policy.
